4100 A new fine-grained, double-based Spherical propellant
developed for use with .410 bore shotshells

"AA4100 is actually very close to AA 9
powder.
This powder actually delivers similar velocities
at LOWER chamber pressures.
Therefore the published AA9 loads will always be
safe, and can be used AS IS with AA4100.
This is especially true of the large
"Magnum" handgun calibers such as the
44RemMag, 454Casull etc.
This is an excellent powder for High performance
Magnum revolver loads"
You can also use the following on the Shotgun
section.
"All shotgun powders are excellent for use
in handgun calibers".
For NITRO 100 SOLO 1000 Data is available on
most "standard", as well as
"COWBOY action" applications.
Although no data is currently published for
AA1250, it's an excellent powder for pistol
application.
A basic guideline is, to INCREASE the load data
as published for Solo1000, by approximately
10%".
